Dear Students and Family,
To help you stay physically active and healthy while our school is closed, I will be posting resources and ideas regularly. In order to meet the Physical Education goals during this time students must be active for 60 minutes each day. Remember, activity time does not have to happen all at once. You can add up your total activity throughout the day to equal 60 minutes. You can use an activity log to record your activity time.
